To begin with, welcome to our FAQs page! Here, you will find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our products and services. Additionally, we understand that you may have many questions and concerns before making a purchase, and we want to make sure that all of your queries are addressed. Furthermore, please take a moment to browse through our FAQs to see if your question has already been answered. However, if you still have a question that is not covered here, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email and a text message from us with your tracking information. You can track your order by copying and pasting it on Google.

  • Within 4 to 7 business days, you should receive your order with standard shipping. Before contacting us to initiate a lost box claim, please note that delivery of your package may take up to ten days.
  • In some instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we cannot always control shipping times and unexpected delays may occur in routine-route. We seek your understanding and patience should this occur. 
  • Any orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will ship the following business day, while those placed before that time will ship the same day. You will first receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipment notification email with shipping tracking information.
  • Shipments of identical items typically originate from distinct warehouses. Your shipping costs will not be affected by this, but the order may need to be delivered in multiple packages and may take a different amount of time to arrive. By logging into your account, you will also be able to view the status of your order.
  • Please be aware that we do not ship outside of the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses. Please, contact us first for international orders. Check out our shipping article for more information on our shipping policies.

We do our best to keep our customers happy. If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us, and send us a short video via WhatsApp showing and explaining the issue and we will be able to send you a free replacement or offer you free store credit when we receive the video and confirm the issue. 

You may return your order for a refund or replacement to Haitian Peek within 30 days of the purchase date which you can find on your My Account page. It is your responsibility to check the clothes before making any adjustments or embellishments. Shipping and handling fees can be your responsibility, depending on the nature of your return. Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10 pm.

  • If your package’s tracking information indicates that it was delivered but you are unable to locate it:
  • Verify the shipping address in Your Orders.
  • Look in your nationhood around the delivery location for your package.
  • Check to see if someone accepted the package for you
  • Sometimes, a Package may be delivered one or two days before the delivery date.
  • Check the closest post office in your neighborhood with your tracking number and ask them about your package
  • If they tell you the package was returned to the seller, maybe your address was wrong
  • If you do not receive an order or if it’s been delayed please email us at sales@haitianpeek.com and we will surely assist you with the issue. We will be able to send you a replacement free of charge, offer you free store credit, send you a refund or update you on the delivery status, depending on the status of your order.

To cancel an order please email us at sales@haitianpeek.com. Or WhatsApp us. We can never guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it. If the order has not been processed yet, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Our products are made in USA and China.

You can return an item you purchased from our website for up 7 days after receiving it.  We will be able to issue a refund once we receive the returned item.

You will have to pay shipping costs for the return. As we do not cover return shipping our customer service team always tries to find a more suitable and beneficial solution for our customers when they experience an issue with their orders. Depending on the issue, we will be able to offer you a free replacement, free store credit, or exchanges at a reduced price, without having to return the original item. In these cases, we may require video evidence showing the issue at hand in order to confirm the issue on our end.
